Shipping Costs

Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 2-5 business days. After processing, your item(s) will be shipped out, and tracking details will be sent to your email address.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your space-themed products! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused physical products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the item.

- Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the returned product.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:
